Real World Value is the umbrella category for on-chain claims on things that exist off-chain: Real World Assets (RWA) — tokenized treasuries, credit, property, and commodities — and Real World Experiences (RWE) — events, travel, education, and entertainment issued as redeemable digital rights. RWV is the thesis that blockchains win by carrying value people already recognize.
The asset half is now institutional record: BlackRock's BUIDL and Franklin Templeton's on-chain funds put tokenized treasuries at scale on public rails, and the firm's RWA practice advises issuers on the same architecture. The experience half is earlier but follows the same logic — a concert ticket, a course completion, a travel entitlement are all claims on real value, and issuing them as verifiable rights makes them financeable, transferable, and programmable.
The firm's research agenda treats RWV as the expansion of RWA: the category grows not by tokenizing more bonds but by absorbing the experience economy. Rewards programs are the visible frontier — ledgers such as Flashy's, where participation across play, viewing, and learning settles into gold-denominated RWA Rewards rather than points.
