Cross-Border
Cross-border trade.
Most of what GDA Group does crosses a border. Capital raised in one market and deployed in another; a company listed on an exchange in a jurisdiction it does not operate in; an enterprise in one region acquiring a capability in another.
The firm covers five markets from nine offices and a network of partner hubs, and the corridors between them are the product — not a by-product of having addresses in several places.
A corridor, worked in detail
India is the firm’s largest single-market commitment, and the one place the corridor is documented from all three sides — the enterprises entering it, the partners already in it, and the capital moving through it.
Where the firm sits
Offices
Toronto, Mumbai, New Delhi, Montreal, New Orleans, London, Lisbon, Singapore and Dubai.
Partner hubs
Coverage extends past the office list through partner relationships in each region.
Structuring
Jurisdiction is a variable in the deal rather than a constraint on it — including GIFT City and the Gulf free zones.
