It runs entirely in this page: no network calls, no storage, no tracking. And it refuses to render at all when no named human stands behind it, because a door with nobody behind it is the thing it exists to replace.

The panel composes a mailto draft addressed to the accountable human the charter names. Your mail client holds the draft; this page never sees it again.
No network calls, no storage, no tracking
The script makes no request, sets no cookie, and keeps no record that you were here. What you type exists in this page and in your draft, nowhere else.
Refuses to render without a contact
A door with nobody behind it refuses to open. If the charter named no accountable human, this panel would not appear — which is the correct failure.
